The Editorial Direction is composed by the Commandant of The Military University Institute, the Head of the Research and Development Centre, the Head of the Editorial Office and a Secretariat, with the following functions:

- Reception and checking texts and articles submitted for publication;
- Validation of submitted articles in accordance with the editorial requirements;
- Distribution of scientific articles by peers for reviewing;
- Control the quality of the publication process.
